• Ensuring Company policies are followed
• Hiring training and developing new employees
• Assist HR Manager in whole recruitment cycle
• Assist day to day operations of HR functions & duties
• Compile and update employees records
• Prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Coordinate HR Projects
• Proper handling of complaints & grievances
• Communicate with candidates & schedule interview.
• Initial orientation to new hired employees

Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 4 Lac P.A.
